The last few weeks have seem to be so busy. I'll start with one of the lower parts of the last few weeks. Jake's grandma got diaganosed with Breast Cancer about 2 mths ago and came to live with his parent's just so it they could all take care of her and help her out about two weeks ago she had a stroke so we have been running back and forth to Show Low for the first few days visiting her. She got transferred to the Payson Rehab to help her gain more mobility in her left side, but they said she will most likely be bed ridden. Then last thursday they put her back in the hospital for more blood clots in her lungs, heart failure, and a fracture in her hip...(one dr says she has a fracture and one doesn't??) Jake and his family are running over to St. Johns today to pick up a few of her personal items so when they release her on Tuesday (fingers crossed for a few days in the rehab center) then she can be comfortable at Jake's parents house. She will stay there for as long as she can/will....
On a lighter note...the corn maze and pick-a-punkin willis farm has opened! They opened in september and I know alot of people have been through but still....
October 11th was the offical october fest that snowflake throws. It was SOO windy but every year is like that so what is different? Here is a picture of all the Staff that worked! It was such a blast. And thanks to LaRen for the great T-shirts!
This last saturday the HAUNTED MAZE opened!!!! It was alot of fun to see all of our family and friends dressed up scarrrryyyy. Jake and Cassi were the guides who led them into the maze and I was the one taking tickets....needless to say by the end of the night I had gotten yelled at by some 47 yr old man for 2 people cutting him in line ( of course i yelled back and after all was said and done he said "i never said i wasn't happy" FREAKING IDIOT)...got talked to about how cruel it is to have animals in the corn maze and how it was scarying them...(seriously) and last but not least kicked a guy out for peeing in the corn...yes you heard me this guy took a LEAK (!!!!!!) in the corn...I was not a happy camper by the end of the night...hopefully this next saturday it will go smoother and people will stop being...idiots...

Good luck on people not being idiots. lol You might see us there some time this week. Are you there every night or just on the weekends? Oh and thanks for the text last night.
haha this is awesome! Sounds like you got the best job there is to do at the ol' corn maze! NOT.. If I were you, next time I would wear a mask so people don't know who you are, and if those people that you kicked out happen to come back just hold a stick out and trip them flat on there face!! Buuwahahah this way you get your revenge and they won't know who you are. DO IT!!
hahaha, no I'm sure it wasn't funny but the thought of some guy peeing in the corn maze just sounds like quite the sight. lucky you getting to deal with it ;)
p.s. I hope things look up for his grandma!
I'm so sorry about Jake's grandma! I hope that she is ok. On a lighter note...you DID put up with a lot at the corn maze that night. I was not jealous of your job! It was much more fun hanging out with your mom scaring people. :) I'm bummed I didn't even get to see you!
