This past week Jake, Logan and I were just sitting on the couch watching t.v..or more like I was watching Log and Jake playing COD4. I was petting Callie and all the sudden feel this hard someting in her ear and I grab it thinking its a tick or something (I don't know why but that's what I thought was best???) Jake turns on the light and we examine her ear and we find this....
So me being the chicken I am I made Logan hold Callie down while Jake pushed the barb through her ear. That didn't work because he couldn't get it through the back part of her ear.
After I snapped this picture I ran into the bedroom so I didn't have to hear her yelping. Jake had to pull the hook all the way out and just yanked on it. Callie yelped a little one and then it was over....
and THIS is the hook. Needless to say she is back to her old ways. So I'm glad it wasn't as bad as it could have been and that we found it when we did so she didn't rip her ear off or anything. My mom wanted us to leave it in so that she could have an earring. No thank you!

this is so funny, and sad at the same time. Poor little puppy! but seriously, who gets a fish hook in their ear, hehe.
and you want another dog. i think you've got your hands full with just the one.
this is how i see it...if we get another dog...she will stop with her rowdyness. ....right.?
Oh I feel so bad for her!I don't know what it's like to only have one dog, but I have to say I like having two. They play with each other SO much and a lot of times it makes things easier. (I just saw those previous comments & thought that I'd share my opinion!)
Aw poor Baby. How and where in the world did she get that? Been fishing lately? Dogs are kinda like kids... Two are better than one they always have someone to play with and will keep each other entertained.
Ouch. I wonder how she managed this? I would of gone in the other room too. The yelping is sad. No thanks! I haven't talked to you in a while. Why have you been hiding from me?
Poor Callie. Why doesn't anybody update their blog anymore? I'm bored. Seriously. Why?
