A few things

Of course, it has been a few weeks/months since I've blogged. Here are a few things that have happened:

We went to Newport again. It was fantastic! The Nixon's, the Johnson's and my madre all went. It was Brooklyn's first time at the beach and I would have to say it was a success. She did great!

We have had a ton of softball games. I love summer and softball games. Da and Rita came out to one of the games and it was great! Jake's poor leg of course got mangled again.

Jake got a new bow and we went camping and he got to try it out. We had a Stradling family reunion and it was fun getting to know all of Jake's mom side of family. She has tongan adopted brother's and sisters and one of them came with her family. It was fun getting to know them and having them teach us how to dance.

We finally sold the expedition and bought a new truck. It's so nice having a man truck! My good friend Lisa Carol got married and it was great being able to see all the girls again. I forget how much fun we have together till we are all back together and laughing like crazy. I love them so much.
